Center for Survivors Needs list
Cleaning supplies - sponge mops, garbage bags, laundry detergent, cleaners (windex, pine sol, etc.) bleach, paper towels, dish soap
Household supplies - bath towels, sheet sets, bed pillows, dish towels/cloths, dinnerware, glasses, silverware,pots and pans
Personal Care Items - toothbrushes/paste, feminine hygiene products, deodorant, hair brushes, diapers, toilet paper, lotion, hair products, baby wipes
Food items - spaghetti sauce/pasta, cereal, applesauce, canned or bottled juice, peanut butter, jelly, canned tuna, canned fruit and vegetables, coffee and tea, flour, sugar
Misc. items - batteries (AA,AAA, and 9 volt), light bulbs, Ziploc Bags, foil, plastic wrap,

Youth For Christ
Donations of snacks or pop is greatly appreciated! YFC sees an average of 300 kids a week and they are always hungry and thirsty. You may sign up for a specific program's food roster for cookies, bars, sloppy joe's, chips, hotdogs, etc, or just bring items to office (freezer available). Contact Darla Neemeyer at 564-3700.
Platte Valley Humane Society/Paws and Claws Adoption Center
Bleach, copy paper, cat litter, paper towels, band aids, hand sanitizer, liquid hand soap, dish sponges, dust pans, pledge cleaning spray, hanging file folder (letter size), and garbage bags (various sizes). Contact Debbie Potter at 562-5683.
Prairie Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross
The following is condensed list of donation needs: Paper and miscellaneous office supplies, postage, laptop for disaster response/office, food for Bloodmobile, 4'x6' American Flag, lanyards. For a larger list of needs, contact Jenni Moji at 564-8314.
Salvation Army
The Salvation Army food bank is in great needed for canned meat and fruit, and cereal. There is also a need for baby diapers. Diapers need to be in an unopened package. Donations can be dropped off at the Salvation Army store Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Contact Charlene Wilson at 564-2184.
Platte County Food Pantry
Brownie Mix, Jello, Pudding, Stove top Dressing Mix, Condiments, Pancake Mix, Syrup, mac & cheese, ramen noodles, spaghetti, elbow macaroni, canned pasta, gravy mix, canned sweet potatoes, canned whole potatoes, egg noodles, saltine crackers, snack crackers, canned vegetables, pork and beans, kidney beans, canned fruit, tuna, beef stew, soup, cereal, oatmeal, pumpkin, pie filling, cookies, boxed potatoes.
Columbus Rescue Mission

Camp Luther
Some items on wish list for Camp Luther: Living room furnishings, vegetable seeds, rock for camp road, riding commercial lawn mower, golf cart for handicapped and elderly campers, washer and dryer, small garden tractor, insulation and wall board for outside of cabins.
